My first computer always failed to load up on the odd occasion, and after going to get it repaired it turned out to be a faulty hard-drive. I bought this PC back in October 1st or 2019. It's been working fine but back in December it began to turn off, on, off, repeat. Eventually after running a diagnostic for some reason it began working. No problems. January 15th, it happens again. It stays on for a bit longer , but inevitably shuts off and repeats.

The fans noise is a beginners mistake delivered to you by CyberpowerPC. The fans are connected to the Power Supply, so open the case, connect the fans to the motherboard (see in the manual where the fans heathers are located). Once you have done that, go to BIOS pressing F2 as soon as the computer starts and set the fans to DC-Smart Fan.
