Act ffxiv not working.

Advanced Combat Tracker not working correctly. My ACT had some sort of corruption, basically forcing me to re-install the whole thing. I used to have Kagerou and the dps was in yellow and blue writing (pic). I can't get that dps to show, after removing my old ACT i don't seem to have a folder on my Desktop anymore also. I am having an issue where ACT will just stop working after about 30 mins. When i attempt to check the FFXIV connection I get that the firewall rule needs to be repaired. I do so, restart and after a while it does the same thing. Looking into the event viewer i see some of the following. I installed Cactbot several times now, through ACT or via the Zip. Plugin is enabled and it shows up in the Overlay Section. I want to use it mainly for the timeline, so I create the timeline overlay and use the preset. The window where the timeline should appear is there, but no matter what I do no timeline appears.

I installed ACT today, and everything looks to be working fine except for one major problem, there is no overlay. Am I missing something?
