I lose a damascus tag 3 or 4 times a week, my team has killed thousands of operators and only seen 1 damascus tag ever. The playerbase doesn't know about perks or isn't good enough to get a streak. Use the spotter scope to search for players with cold blooded. I'd cheese it at this point but I have trust issues.
