CSPERN is a legit system, CSERN is not. The CT Statewide P25 system is called Connecticut Land Mobile Radio Network (CLMRN). CSPERN is not part of the Statewide Trunk System, but is a stand alone analog 800MHz system. SPAN is another Statewide resource but is simply a talkgroup on the CLMRN system.

I've tried various setups, and it does a great job running on a raspberry pi 4. So for fun, I rigged this ugly duckling together and works just as expected.

The RFSS was changed to follow the CLMRN East/West zone change. Previously discussed in this thread, it makes sense to continue it here rather than start a new thread.
