How's the roads between Rock Island and Wenatchee? Any information?

Driving in Wenatchee is not too bad in my experience. Highway 2 from Leavenworth to Sunnyslope is one of the worst speed traps in the state. For me it would be the large amount of octogenarians driving at 10-15 under the posted limit on arterials. They get so absurdly confused and angry at roundabouts.
