Day One is the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), a standardized 200-item test that covers six areas (Evidence, Contracts, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Real Property, and Torts). I failed the bar exam by a very narrow margin. I was surprised to see my MEE score for contracts was 1/6 after answering it almost perfectly.
