I would do the AAFP questions next time prior to the exam, look at the anki cards from dorian deck, and redo your peds and ob questions as well. Divine intervention podcasts are also very clutch. Most of the time, they give you a 1-liner reason for why the answer is right and then repeat that 1-liner in the "concept to learn" portion at the end of the explanations. If you are expecting UWorld level explanations, the NBMEs won't provide that.
