Pitching cam really doesnt make a difference. I side with the notion that pitching from the same view you hit from helps you as a hitter to see more pitches. But it's really whatever you're most comfortable with. I like strike zone but a lot of top players use zoom. Pitching camera is completely preference.
95% of pinpoint pitching is correctly timing when you swing the stick down to throw the pitch. It's based on when that circle at the bottom shrinks to nothing. You are much better off completely botching drawing the design and timing moving the stick down correctly than drawing a perfect design and being even a little off on timing moving the stick down.
Pinpoint pitching is my favorite gameplay element of The Show 21 and this controller bug has made the game unplayable for me. I hope there is a fix either from Microsoft or SDS coming.
