For simplicity the 2600 Kinze was the best and did a good job of singulating seeds but you had to watch grade sizes as a too large or small of bean would cause problems & you'd have to change seed plates.

We have had 12 row 7200, then 16 row 7200 and now 1770nt - 16 row with es sets. We have used Precisions finger pickup and vaccum units and both seed very well. It was done on the weekend when traffic was not as much of an issue. To load and haul a planter like this is a big job that would require a crane or something to lift it onto a trailer. It would have to be folded out and the pole taken off. ... The wire that should be powered for the fold position is green and comes off pin B at the fold control box. We traded our 1780 and a 16 row 1770 recently for a 1790 16-31. I think they are asking somewhere between 25 and 30 for the 1780.
