Oh yeah. This kinda thing was happening to the review models back before the JL hit lots. However, while tedious, the battery is relatively easy to replace and a faulty or dying one is certainly indicative of the issues you're having. It could also be a problem with fuses, but regardless, that's what your warranty is for.

The Jeep starting system is 12V, therefore the starting system won't work as designed by Jeep off of the 48V eTorque battery. The eTorque battery is for Start/Stop events and applying battery power (adds additional torque, the amount is dependent on if it's a 2.0 or 3.6 engine) for the first half of tire rotation upon accelerating from a stop.I bought it with the modifications made by the previous owner, who was really the second owner. (The bought it used did the mods, then sold.) They include a 3" lift with 35s, steel bumpers, increased suspension to go with the lift, a dual battery system, and some other things that, when compared with other customized Jeep, aren't that crazy.Just do the 12v one you can see.
