The charts appear correct to me. One point of ES (which is 4 ticks) is worth $50 and one point of NQ (which is also 4 ticks) is worth $20. Thus, each tick for ES is worth $12.50, and each tick of NQ is worth $5. It's important to note that a tick would be the smallest increment of price movement.

Just like Tradestation, Ninjatrader is an independent platform and broker, but there exist some supported brokers, for example, Interactive Brokers. You can also choose another data feed than Ninjatrader. To my knowledge, Ninjatrader is mostly used for futures, less so for stocks. Billing issue fixed. Software was good but not needed anymore. I cancelled my subscription a week before the new billing cycle and it still went off, but thanks to Konrad at support desk he helped very quickly and efficiently! Great service thanks!
