Gotrax battery issues.
I emailed goTrax support, and they responded and sent me a new battery. 30 days later, the battery finally arrived. I found it impossible to remove about 4 of the screws from the battery casing on the side - they were screwed in so tightly, that i ended up stripping the heads, and even have been unable to remove them with a screw extractor.
