It likely is not an Enclave version if it has a pulse capacitor on it. If it is a regular plasma gun simply change the pulse capacitor to anything else to make it a flamer again. If you can mod it and there are many mod options it is not an Enclave version as they can only be modded with a very limited type of box mods.
