The single overhead DVD player and 12V plug-in stopped working. The eject button on the DVD player works, but the player itself will not power on. Ive seen replacing the F85 fuse works; i tried that several times and they keep blowing.

You just need to unplug 3 fuses in the fuse box, then plug them back in.
