Great heavy soul arrow is your bread and butter, there's a reason you can't find better, it's awesome. There are spells that hit harder, but with much lower cast count available. Those are crystal soul spear, soul spear, and soul geyser. Soul geyser is a beast, but only against very large, very slow moving targets.This is a hexer build that handles pretty much anything in the game with relative ease, and has the flexibility to do anything that any build can do.
