Was watching the vid - Non-consume chance on food is pretty decent as you get into endgame, as pots count as food. I run exp/2x speed/2x dmg pots and it definitely helps with not having issues running out or having to buy huge stacks from vendors, even with automation arm perk that pulls food from bank.
A lot of my characters in Legends of Idleon were still on Amarok armor despite being in the 80s and 90s in levels... So I decided to use resources I had far...
