2 Messages. 8 years ago. I have the same problem with the modem/router I received in Jan of 2013. The sticker on my modem only contains the SSID and Wireless security number. Spent hours today in an online chat with several support people at ATT. The last person insisted that the device access code should be on the modem/router.

We just had a BGW320-500 installed and I want to be able to use my Netgear router. I am not sure what I need to do to be able to use it. On a side note both pieces of equipment are using 192.168.1.254.
